The AARP Foundation Senior Community Service Employment Program trains mature workers while they update their skills. This is a wonderful opportunity for those who are 55 years of age and older who find themselves unemployed and are having difficulty obtaining employment. We have a training program to prepare you for employment...and you will get a training stipend of $7.25 an hour while you train. 20 hours per week. Customer Service Representative.

AARP Foundation first matches eligible older job seekers with local nonprofits and public agencies so they can increase skills and build self-confidence, while earning a modest income.
