Key Responsibilities

Process vehicle titles in accordance with state guidelines and company policies

Provide customer support and resolve title issues through effective communication

Maintain accurate records and file documentation related to vehicle titling

Required Qualifications

High school diploma

Two years of customer service experience

One year of experience in vehicle title processing

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and typing speed of 45 words per minute

Basic 10 Key proficiency
