Experience : \n\n

  • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

\n\n

  • Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 4 years.
  • \n\n

  • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
  • \n\n

    Requirements : \n\n

  • Candidates must have a Minnesota license (required for submission).
  • \n\n

  • This role may require floating to additional units and locations
  • \n\n

  • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living
  • \n\n

  • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
  • \n\n

  • 6 months between Staff at Program : Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health
  • \n\n

    Resume : Each employment history entry must include all the following : detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

    Eligibility as Current / Previous Employee : Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

    \n\n

    Required Skills / Experience : Post Partum and PEDS

    \n\n

    Procedures / Diagnostics / Treatments Performed on Unit : Care for postpartum, stable antepartum, pediatric patients, newborns, GYN, Med-Surg overflow and may be 2nd RN in our SCN .

    \n\n

    Equipment Used on Unit : Acudose, Philips Vitals Machines, Bladder Scanner, Medula Breast Pumps, Responder 5 Call light system, Medfusion Pumps.

    \n\n

    Unit / Facility Details : \n- Nurse to patient ratio of this unit : \n1 : 3 mom / baby couplets, 1 : 5 GYN / Med-Surge patients, 1 : 3-4 pediatrics

    \n\n

    Shift & Scheduling : 12 hr D / N rotate. Every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays.

    \n\n

    Floating Requirements : Must be willing to float to Med-Surg & Tele.

    \n\n

    7 days maximum time off

    \n\n

    1 reference from last 12 months (Charge / Lead reference type) - required for submission

    \n\n

    1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission

    \n\n

    Driver’s license required for submission
