A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Market Operations Support.
Key Responsibilities
Develop standardized, scalable processes and workflows to address market needs and monitor performance
Project manage market initiatives and pilot new market-level initiatives
Analyze value-based care performance data and design dashboards for leadership and staff
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a healthcare provider setting or related field
Experience in value-based operations or managed care functions
Bachelor's degree
