Key Qualifications and Requirements

• Must have CPA or EA License
• Must have Ccorp, Scorp, Partnership & N high Net Worth Tax experience
• Must have experience in reviewing and preparing 1040, corporate, partnership returns, estates and trusts, and multistate returns
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years
• Minimum of 6 years of tax accounting experience in a public accounting firm
• CPA or EA certification preferred
• Strong tax research skills
• Master's in Taxation (preferred) or willingness to obtain
• Experience with ProSystems Engagement and ProSystems Axcess is beneficial
• Proficient in Excel
• Willingness to train and mentor staff
• Demonstrated strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal client relations skills
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service
• Ability to work extended hours during tax season (January to April 15th)
