Job Title : Tool Crib Attendant
Report To : Maintenance Supervisor
Location : East Plant
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Tool Crib Attendants work in the Tool Crib and complete the following duties : issuing tools to operators, maintaining inventories, restocking tooling, collecting tooling from production personnel, ensuring a safe working area, maintaining accurate records, and supporting repair-tooling processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Find items using JD Edwards System (inventory control software). Issue those items from the tool crib by entering those transactions into the JD Edwards system
- Maintain Production Tooling Boxes (PTB) as required
- Maintain budget track spreadsheet in MS Excel
- Cycle count items and enter corrections
- Answer calls from production for maintenance work orders
- Enter maintenance work orders into MP2
- Call out emergency work orders on maintenance radio
- Clean and Organize tool crib
- Miscellaneous tasks as required
