The Anesthesiology Physician at Saint Alphonsus Medical Center is responsible for providing high-quality anesthetic care in a collaborative environment. The role involves a variety of cases, including trauma and orthopedic surgeries, within a physician-led multi-specialty group. Ideal candidates will hold an MD or DO, complete an ACGME accredited residency, and maintain board certification while committing to patient-centered care.

Schedule :

MDs are expected to be scheduled for 2,060 hours annually to maintain 1.0 FTE status.

Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Nampa, ID, a Level III Trauma center, serves the region in providing the highest quality, close-to-home care for ill and injured patients of the west-central Treasure Valley. Wide array of cases to include General, Orthopedic, OB / GYN, Urologic, and Trauma, with potential to rotate to regional trauma center where cases can additionally include Neuro, Vascular, ENT, and Cardiac. There are no complex pediatrics, burns, or transplants. This is a hospital employed W-2 position.

Physicians and CRNAs work within a highly collaborative environment of mutual respect and dedication to patient care. Supervision model with a max 4 : 1 ratio.
