Responsibilities

Client Consultation : Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored advice and solutions. Policy Management : Assist clients in managing their insurance policies, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date. Customer Support : Respond promptly to inquiries, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive service. Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products and services that complement existing policies. Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust. Regulatory Compliance : Stay informed about insurance regulations to ensure all actions comply with industry standards.

Requirements

Licensing : Must hold an active insurance producer license for the state of California or willing to obtain one.

Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar field is highly preferred.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer-Oriented : Strong motivation to meet and surpass client needs and expectations.

Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build and maintain robust client relationships.
