AI Implementation Manager

A company is looking for an AI Implementation Manager to oversee the delivery of enterprise Voice AI programs from initiation to go-live.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project delivery, including kickoff, milestone planning, and weekly customer updates

Transform project plans into actionable roadmaps, defining criteria for acceptance and managing changes

Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution of project components, including API integration and compliance

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in technical implementation, deployment management, or technical project management for B2B SaaS or IT Consulting

Experience working with enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 or mid-market companies with complex needs

Technical fluency in APIs, Databases, and LLMs, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers

Proven project management experience, having successfully shipped 10 or more implementations from kickoff to launch

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
