Job Title : Food Service Lead
Payroll Status : Non-Exempt / Hourly
Reports to : Store Manager
Purpose : The Food Service Lead is responsible for ensuring that all food items are prepared and presented according to True North standards and in compliance with all food safety practices. Ensures that all food items are properly portioned and presented timely, as well as resolving any guest concerns. This role is responsible for maintaining proper inventory to meet guest demand and directing other team members.
Duties and Responsibilities :
