Automotive Technician – A, B, or C Level Opportunities – Durango, CO

Top Selling Points :

Compensation based on experience :

C Level : $40K–$60K

B Level : $55K–$75K

A Level : $70K–$100K

Flexible pay structure : commission-based, hourly, or hybrid (your choice!)

8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday – no weekends

Simple IRA with 3% company match

6 paid holidays, PTO : 1 week first year, 2 weeks second year, 3 weeks after 5 years

Hands-on work with variety of vehicles and diagnostic challenges

The Right Fit : Minimum experience :

C or B Level : 2+ years

A Level : 5+ years

ASE certifications are a plus (we'll support your growth if you're not there yet)

Self-motivated, reliable, and enjoys being part of a collaborative shop team

Comfortable learning and mentoring depending on experience level
