We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct research to support legal proceedings
  • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
  • Filing of legal documents with the appropriate court.
  • Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
  • Monitor existing cases and calendar management
  • Record and store client information
  • Communicate with clients, other attorneys and court personnel
  • General administrative duties

​ Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field a must
  • Familiarity with legal research
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to interface with clients
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in handling litigation and probate
  • Familiarity with the discovery process.
