Restaurant Manager (FOH & BOH Blended Management)

About the Role :
As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of our full-service restaurant. This is a blended management position, requiring strong leadership across both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) functions. While culinary expertise is not required, a comprehensive understanding of kitchen management is essential. You will be a hands-on leader, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Kitchen Management :
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations and staff management.
- Manage food and supplies ordering, ensuring proper inventory levels.
- Conduct weekly inventory and meticulously account for waste.
- Participate in the hiring and training of kitchen staff.
- Implement and enforce disciplinary actions as needed.
- Maintain a high level of organization, cleanliness, and sanitation within the kitchen.
Front of House & Operational Management :
Develop and implement strategies for sales projections and labor management.Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met.Manage bar inventory and operations.Oversee staffing and scheduling for optimal efficiency.Maintain accurate cash accountability and financial procedures.Uphold rigorous cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.Drive overall full-service restaurant operations to achieve business goals.Leadership & Team Development :
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.Foster a positive, collaborative, and respectful work environment.Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.Champion our company values and policies.Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a blended management capacity within full-service restaurants (Front of House and Back of House).Proven ability to manage all aspects of kitchen operations and staff, including ordering, inventory, waste management, hiring, and disciplinary actions.Well-versed in sales projections, labor management, customer service, bar inventory and management, staffing and scheduling, and cash accountability.Strong understanding of full-service restaurant operations, cleanliness, and sanitation protocols.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a personable and friendly demeanor.Demonstrated strong leadership abilities and a guest-driven approach.Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow with an expanding brand.Must be or be able to become Serv Safe certified.Must be or be able to become TIPS certified.Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.What We Offer :
