Sr Manager, Corporate Data and Analytics

Data Leader Role

We're looking for an experienced data leader to build and scale analytics solutions across corporate functions, including Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance. This Director-level role requires expertise in subscription sales and marketing datasets, cloud-based data ecosystems, and leading high-performing teams. Reporting to the Global Head of Data & Analytics, you'll thrive in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment, driving impactful, world-class solutions for internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Leading and growing a team of data analysts, engineers, and scientists focused on corporate data and analytics.
• Partnering with stakeholders and product managers to translate requirements into scalable system designs.
• Engineering data solutions that deliver measurable business value in an agile environment.
• Presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, impactful manner.
• Drive performance management, team development, and set clear objectives and success metrics.
• Overseeing technical project management to ensure on-time delivery with global teams.
• Implementing new processes and systems, providing training and ongoing support.
• Providing an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset; thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What we're looking for :

Salary Range or On Target Earnings :

Minimum : $146,700.00

Maximum : $339,300.00

In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus, and equity value.

Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
