Job Description
As a Security Officer - Aerospace Reception Patrol in Elkridge, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense and more.
As a Front Desk Security Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and assisting with security-related inquiries. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence and upholding our company's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

Responsibilities :
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the front desk.
- Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and any security-related incidents.
- Assist with emergency response activities as needed, communicating with appropriate personnel and first responders.
- Support the overall security-related operations of the location by remaining alert to unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.
