Engineering Specialist - Product Development

We are looking for a Product & Process Development Engineer who is enthusiastic about driving product innovation, refining processes, and contributing to the advancement of healthcare technology.

In this dynamic role, you will :

• Lead the design, development, and testing of both new and existing wound-care products.
• Enhance sustaining engineering efforts and facilitate improvements across R&D and manufacturing functions.
• Create fixtures, documentation, and validation plans to ensure adherence to FDA 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485 standards.
• Identify and resolve production challenges while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure effective product launches.
