Pay : $22 / hour

Mileage : Reimbursed after the first 50 miles (one-way)

Priority Scheduling : Our staffing team will reach out to the PRN Pool first before opening shifts to the broader team

Minimal Commitment : Just 1 shift per month required to stay active

Responsibilities :

• Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
• Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care.
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.
• Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed.
• Maintain records and documentation of services.
• Communication with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.

Minimum Qualifications :

$22 an hour + mileage reimbursement
