Lead, Save, and Serve with Elite Medical Transport

Elite Medical Transport is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Paramedics to join our Las Cruces team. As the highest level of pre-hospital care provider in our EMS system, Paramedics play a critical role in patient outcomes, serving as leaders in the field and ensuring compassionate, lifesaving interventions when they matter most.

What You'll Do

As a Paramedic, you will :

  • Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls calmly and efficiently.
  • Deliver Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) care in accordance with state protocols, laws, and company standards.
  • Perform advanced patient assessment, triage, and medical procedures in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
  • Administer medications, manage airways, interpret ECGs, and perform other advanced interventions as authorized.
  • Lead and support EMS teams, providing guidance to EMT-Basics and Intermediates when needed.
  • Communicate clearly with physicians, nurses, dispatchers, patients, and families to ensure continuity of care.
  • Safely operate and maintain ambulances, equipment, and medical supplies, ensuring readiness at all times.
  • Complete patient care documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Represent Elite Medical Transport with professionalism at community events, stand-bys, and public functions.
  • Uphold the highest standards of patient privacy, safety, and professionalism.
