ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Successful State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Sales Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships.
As a Sales Representative for State Farm Agent Tiffany Khousakoun, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products that maximize value.
You will also assist the agency in growing our presence within the local community through business to business networking and marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Achieve sales goals through the development of leads, scheduling of appointments, and by identifying consumer needs placing them with the appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent and senior staff to grown our presence in the community through outside marketing.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to daily success.
- Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 2+ years Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) required
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas required
- Effective Communications skills (phone, in-person, written, and listening)
- Property & Casualty license required (must obtain prior to starting with agency)
- Life, Accident, and Health License preferred (must obtain within 60 days of hire)
