Role Overview

Trellix is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for the West.

Responsibilities

  • Adopt a consultative-led sales approach to position security solutions.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain existing renewal footprint and build a constant pipeline of new opportunities in net new logos and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with technical pre-sales teams to develop solutions and conduct workshops.
  • Engage and present at multiple levels within an account, including board level.
  • Develop account and opportunity plans to improve account strategy.
  • Develop relationships with channel and service partners to develop strategic agreements.
  • Work with inside sales to manage the order process from end-user with channel to closure.
  • Manage the sales CRM tool, and produce weekly accurate forecasting.
  • Attend team meetings and account reviews.
  • Engage Trellix senior executives where required within assigned accounts.
  • Manage designated accounts to maximize all opportunities.
  • Apply innovative ideas, approaches and solutions to customers' business problems.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the customer’s business and business requirements.
  • Keep knowledge updated of the security market and meet training targets to maintain an understanding of Trellix products, processes and promotions to provide the highest levels of sales support.

About you

  • Strong business acumen and ability to build C-level relationships to interpret and execute on opportunities within complex organizations.
  • You will understand how to engage members of the Presales technical and professional services organization early in the sales cycle.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience working with the Channel and System Integrators.
  • Established industry relationships and experience working with executive level business and marketing leaders.
  • Maturity, confidence, patience, perseverance, interpersonal skills, commercial awareness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Skills : Cybersecurity, Account Management, Consultative Selling, Business Planning, Communication, Negotiation, Product Knowledge, Forecasting.
  • This position is paid (in part) on a commission basis. The Base Pay Range is $150,000 – $190,000. The On Target Earnings (OTE) Range (base pay plus on target commission) is $350,000 – $385,000. Actual base pay within the Base Pay Range and actual OTE within the OTE Range will depend on varying circumstances, including the work location, individual qualifications, company budget and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy.
