Graphic Designer

We are a leading consumer products manufacturer based in Fairfield, New Jersey, designing and producing innovative products for major retailers across the country. We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house Art Department.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in consumer product packaging design, enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, and is skilled at turning creative concepts into shelf-ready packaging.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop consumer product packaging , including boxes, blister cards, clamshells, trays, and other formats.
• Create mock-ups and packaging samples for buyer meetings, line reviews, and internal presentations. This is a must!
• Work with packaging die lines , ensuring designs are print-ready and meet structural requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, and Sales to execute consistent brand messaging and packaging strategies.
• Use KeyShot for 3D product rendering and visualization. This is a must!
• Design point-of-purchase displays , catalogs, trade show graphics, and other marketing collateral.
• Participate in concept development, layout, illustration, and final digital art preparation.
• Stay current with packaging trends, retail aesthetics, and competitive designs.
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
