Litigation Attorney (Hiring Immediately)

Czepiga Daly Pope & Perri is seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney to join our growing Litigation Department. The Litigation team focuses on Probate Litigation including Will Contests, Conservatorships, and Financial Exploitation.

The Litigation Attorney will handle a mix of fiduciary and probate dispute matters including researching and drafting substantive motions, pleadings and discovery, conducting and defending depositions, appearing frequently in Probate Court and Superior Court, and managing your own caseload with strong mentorship and support. This role features high autonomy as our Attorneys develop strategy, manage cases and build client relationships with experienced attorneys available for guidance.

Candidates should have :

A strong interest in litigation and courtroom advocacy; excellent writing and analytical skills; the ability to manage a caseload with increasing independence; prior experience in litigation or probate is a plus, but not required we will train the right attorney.

Pay : From $110,000.00 per year
