We are seeking a
Restaurant Manager-in-Training position
to join our team for all Dough Zone restaurants located in California State (San Mateo, Cupertino, North San Jose, South San Jose, and Walnut Creek). Please feel free to discuss the specifics with the hiring managers during the onsite interview.

Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and supervise all culinary activities
Manages FOH & BOH schedules, training, and onboarding of new employees.
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
Develop a high-performing team by coaching, creating development plans, and building skills through training to grow our future team leaders
Drive sales by partnering with the District Manager, and team members to execute excellent operations.
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or other related fields
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate in English, and Chinese is a PLUS
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Three years or more experience for Restaurant Managing
