Position :  Retail Sales & Production / Delivery Support

Compensation : Starting at $17 / hr + bonus potential

Employment Type : 1099 contractor

Availability : Must have open availability between 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Overview :

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone looking to grow in the cannabis industry. You’ll focus on retail sales development and help as needed with production, inventory, compliance, deliveries, customer communication. A strong work ethic, flexibility, and willingness to learn are key.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with outbound sales calls as needed
• Act as a backup driver and cross-train in transportation / logistics (must be capable and willing to drive, and have a valid driver’s license)
• Assist in retail product preparation and packaging
• Support inventory management, including ERP data entry and METRC tagging / compliance
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in production and storage areas
• Communicate with processors, dispensaries, and customers professionally and clearly
• Perform general warehouse and operational duties across departments

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications :

Open availability between 8 AM – 4 PM, Monday to Friday

Valid driver’s license required

Familiarity with METRC, ERP systems, or cannabis compliance

Strong communication skills and professionalism when working with customers

Reliable, organized, and a strong team player

Comfortable working across multiple departments and learning new skills

In a small team, we require people capable of wearing multiple hats and want you to be a capable backup for our order processors. Are you comfortable doing order process work on a computer? 4 Do you have experience with inventory control? If yes, provide examples of processes you’ve done in previous jobs. 5 Have you written SOPs? Would you feel comfortable writing SOPs?
