Job description

Join a Growing Team in Outpatient Primary Care!

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Primary Care Physician to provide high-quality services to individuals and families as part of a collaborative healthcare team. This position offers :

  • Competitive salary ranging from $190k to $225k based on experience
  • Opportunity for federal loan repayment

Essential Duties :

  • Deliver primary care services, focusing on the needs of patients and families.
  • Work collaboratively with nurse practitioners and clinical psychologists to enhance patient care.
  • Conduct physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment.
  • Prescribe medications and treatment regimens tailored to patient conditions.
  • Facilitate referrals to specialists and coordinate patient care activities with nursing and support staff.
  • Uphold quality improvement objectives and safety standards within the practice.
  • Participate in health promotion and educational programs.
  • Contribute to on-call coverage as required.
  • Supervise and mentor staff and students in clinical settings.

    • Qualifications :

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) with board certification / eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine.
  • Current licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine and DEA licensure.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
