Dental Biller

We are looking for patient service oriented professionals to provide support and interface with regards to billing & collection matters. As an dental biller, you will be tasked with managing patient billing and collection arrangements. This role is essential for improving delinquency of account balances.

Duties will include :

• Managing account balances for multiple locations & departments
• Taking charge of all collection efforts to decrease monthly AR
• Auditing accounts to ensure proper balances are forwarded to patients
• Gathering proper documentation for collection agency
• Preparing weekly & monthly reports

Requirements :

Experience in customer service

Excellent organizational skills

Strong communication skills

Bi-Lingual, a plus

Based on Experience + Opportunity for Weekly Bonus Incentive
