Ensures that salespersons are on track with sales goals.Meets with other departments to ensure that salespeople are performing their duties correctly.Provides necessary data or reports to the sales team.Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have similar problems; reports issues as necessary.Arranges appointments with clients and the sales team.Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls.Updates all contact information for clients.Addresses customer complaints and resolves issues as necessary.Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.Maintains filing systems as assigned.Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.Performs necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting the sales team with required documents.Helps troubleshoot problems with customer orders, accounts, and other related issues.Provides the sales team with data reports and sales guides.Monitors sales performance through sales tracking tools and reports progress to sales representatives.Keeps up with new product sales launches and ensures the sales team is informed.Provides customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests.Identifies areas for improvement in sales practices and makes suggestions for enhancements.Performs other related duties as assigned.J-18808-Ljbffr
