  • Ensures that salespersons are on track with sales goals.
  • Meets with other departments to ensure that salespeople are performing their duties correctly.
  • Provides necessary data or reports to the sales team.
  • Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have similar problems; reports issues as necessary.
  • Arranges appointments with clients and the sales team.
  • Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls.
  • Updates all contact information for clients.
  • Addresses customer complaints and resolves issues as necessary.
  • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
  • Maintains filing systems as assigned.
  • Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Performs necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting the sales team with required documents.
  • Helps troubleshoot problems with customer orders, accounts, and other related issues.
  • Provides the sales team with data reports and sales guides.
  • Monitors sales performance through sales tracking tools and reports progress to sales representatives.
  • Keeps up with new product sales launches and ensures the sales team is informed.
  • Provides customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests.
  • Identifies areas for improvement in sales practices and makes suggestions for enhancements.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
