OB / GYN Hospitalist - Grand Rapids, MI (Permanent)Position Type :

No visa sponsorship available Schedule :
24-hour shifts (7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 AM)
6-7 shifts per month
Includes rotating holiday coverage
Structured and supportive, team-based schedule Clinical Role :
In-house 24 / 7 OB coverage for laboring, postpartum, and emergency GYN patients
Triaging, rounding, order entry, unassigned OB / GYN care
Emergency GYN consult coverage
Work alongside L&D RNs, NICU APPs, neonatologists, and MFM physicians
Deliveries and management of high-risk obstetrics with access to a Level III NICU
Academic teaching responsibilities with residents, fellows, and med students
Focus on safety and quality in a high-acuity environment Candidate Requirements :
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB / GYN
Must obtain board certification within 2 years if eligible
Experience required in OB and GYN surgery
No new grads accepted
No lapsed board certification candidates
Active Michigan license or eligibility to obtain
