Production Manager – Manufacturing / Lean / SAP

Location : Norcross, GA

Pay : $80,000–$100,000 base + bonus

Schedule : Full-time, on-site

Our client is a global leader in packaging equipment and solutions, known for cutting-edge technology and a strong focus on quality. This role is based at their  specialized production shop in Norcross, GA, where you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact by leading a tight-knit team and driving continuous improvement.

They are looking for you , an experienced Production Manager , to oversee day-to-day operations, coach and develop a team of operators, and serve as the on-site leader when the Director is traveling. This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent growth potential.

What you get to do :

Organize workflow, assign responsibilities, and prepare schedules.

Supervise operators and provide daily direction and coaching.

Monitor production output to ensure quality standards are met.

Identify and resolve inefficiencies; implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Partner with procurement, logistics, and sales to align on business objectives.

What you need to succeed :

5+ years of production or project management experience.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct people effectively.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Background in smaller plant environments (global company experience not required).

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (packaging, mold assembly).

Proficiency with MS Office and SAP.
