Position Summary : We are seeking a Project Estimator to join the team and support the planning and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating project costs, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate and timely bids. This is primarily an in-office role with some flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for painting and glazing projects
• Analyze blueprints, drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand scope and specifications
• Track project costs and provide regular budget updates
• Utilize estimation software and Excel for budgeting and proposal preparation
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners
• Any other tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications :

Location : Tri-State Area (In-office with some remote flexibility)
