Warehouse Associates receive, input, sort, load and unload products and perform various other warehouse tasks such as the process of de-wiring bales of paper (dewire). This position comes with a variable schedule dependent on client / customer needs; the shifts can be anywhere between 8 and 12 hours, both day and night shifts.

Essential Functions

  • Process, package and ship orders accurately
  • Organize stocks and maintain inventory
  • Inspect products for defects and damages
  • Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
  • Organize warehouse space
  • Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
  • Check, verify and fill customer invoices
  • Follows all safety requirements and regulations
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
  • Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
  • Perform other responsibilities as directed.
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Skills / Abilities

  • Safety conscious
  • Proven warehouse experience
  • Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
  • Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system

  • Physical Requirements

  • Maximum lifting / carrying 50 - 60lbs.
