Superintendent

Responsibilities include : General interior and exterior maintenance, repairs to apartments and common areas, respond to tenants maintenance requests. On Call Duty for after hours emergency calls on a rotating basis (paid as overtime). Must have own tools, vehicle and drivers license. Work week is Mon. to Fri. 8 AM to 4 : 30PM. Saturday 8AM to 12 Noon. 44 hour work week (Wages = 40 Regular time + 4 Overtime) plus Apartment with all utilities paid. (Apartment is in addition to wages stated below) , health insurance offered.
