Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the supported employment program, ensuring participants receive necessary support and resources

Develop individualized plans and goals for program participants based on their skills and career aspirations

Coordinate with employers to identify suitable job opportunities and advocate for the rights of individuals in the workplace

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in managing supported employment programs or similar services

Knowledge of job development strategies and person-centered approaches

Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards

Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records

ACRE certification or willingness to obtain it
