Job description

Commercial Leadership Development Program Internship

The Commercial Leadership Development Program Internship is a 12-week opportunity for eligible MBA talent based in Upper Gwynedd, Pennsylvania. During the 12-week internship, interns can experience project work across our Human Health US model. Based on business need, interns can be placed in US Pharma, US Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, US Vaccines, US Commercial Excellence & Innovation, US Integrated Account Management, or US Oncology. The internship will begin in May or June of 2026, with a start date to be finalized.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Leverage knowledge of company operations, financial performance, and industry trends to drive improvements at individual, team, and organizational levels.
  • Challenge the status quo and take immediate action to attain work objectives, while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Demonstrate creativity and courage by addressing complex issues and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Display a comprehensive understanding of the mechanics and economics of the healthcare ecosystem.

Required :

  • A bachelors degree (BA / BS) and a minimum of 3 years of full-time relevant professional work experience.
  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program with an anticipated graduation date of May 2027.
  • Leadership and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to take prompt action to accomplish work goals; taking action to achieve results beyond what is required; being proactive.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively across key partners in the US Market.

    • Desirable :

  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry in marketing and sales.
  • Experience in Digital or Artificial Intelligence.

    • This internship position is based out of Upper Gwynedd, PA. Please note that this position may be closed before the posted end date or may remain open longer, at the discretion of the company. Salary range : $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD.
