About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to play a pivotal role in the executive team. This high-impact leadership position offers direct influence on the strategic direction, financial health, and operational success of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing financial strategies that align with the company's goals, as well as overseeing budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and reporting. Hands-on leadership of FP&A, accounting, cash flow, risk, and systems is a key aspect of the role, along with the opportunity to scale the business and be involved in M&A, integrations, and service expansion initiatives.

Applicants for the Vice President of Finance role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of finance leadership experience, with a preference for those who have worked in construction, service-based, or tech-enabled environments. A strong command of GAAP and operational finance is essential, as is a proven track record in scaling organizations and leading through change. Experience with ERP systems and a CPA or MBA are also preferred. The ideal candidate will thrive in entrepreneurial settings, be adept at driving results, and have a talent for building and mentoring high-performing teams and systems.
