Location & Flexibility

Our MarTech Engineer (Adobe) is part of the Digital Marketing team. The role offers a Work From Near (Hybrid) option in one of these offices : Charlottesville, VA; Durham, NC; Columbus, OH; Boston, MA; or a Work From Anywhere (Remote) option from within the U.S.

The Opportunity

As a MarTech Engineer (Adobe) at TELUS Digital, you will empower Fortune 500 companies to achieve digital transformation goals using the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem. You will work with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RT CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to create, evolve, and enable personalized user experiences across digital products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery engagements to determine a client's optimal marketing tech stack and architecture within the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem.
• Lead complex business / technical integrations across client apps and MarTech tools, emphasizing Adobe Experience Platform applications.
• Create technical documentation for engineers outlining project needs by sprint in agile environments.
• Drive client success by scoping engagements, communicating with stakeholders, and aligning technology with business goals.
• Train clients to maximize their mobile growth stack with AEP, AJO, CJA, Adobe Campaign, and best practices.
• Manage ongoing marketing service engagements, analytics, and data reporting to demonstrate ROI.
• Calibrate technology platforms to align with business metrics, including audience segmentation and analytics dashboards.
• Address a range of client needs from education to enablement, especially within the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem.
• Develop relationships with mobile technology vendors to create customized solutions for clients.
