A company is looking for a Coordinator 3, Technical Product Sales - Business Support.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and verify customer orders, ensuring compliance with service level agreements
Collaborate with senior sales teams and manage strategic accounts to facilitate order processing
Provide advanced technical support and manage escalations with technical support teams
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of advanced product support experience
Experience supporting business services and enterprise-level support
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends
Proven track record of meeting productivity and quality metrics
