Prime Time Consulting provides clients with expert intelligence analysis services. Our clients include defense contractors, industrial and service corporations, and departments and agencies of the U.S. Federal Government.

We are actively searching for SASMO Technical Support , located in Maryland , to support our team. We have varying levels of this position, depending on years of experience and education.

Essential Job Duties

• Responsible for stewardship of all items located on the SASMO Confluence page and the creation of and maintenance for E-Campus tests and student evaluations.
• Provide instruction of all courses offered by SASMO, ensuring SASMO's online face presents an understandable and unified appearance.
• Provide overall lesson classifications and descriptions; assess curriculum for gaps; create a student evaluation measurement in a metrics analysis tool to provide overall feedback on course curriculum and issues; analyze and brief the results of these measurements to leadership.
• Meet with course Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOICs) to ensure updates are done properly and run through evaluation channels prior to uploading.
• Assist the Special Training Elements (STE) with MTT scheduling and upload to confluence page and assist the STE with JIRA tickets and representing most MTT Offerings.
• Understanding of the following applications : JIRA and Confluence

Required Qualifications

Salary Range :

$105,000.00 - $135,000.00
