Position : Call Center Agent(Remote)
Schedule : Mon Fri, 12 : 00 PM 8 : 30 PM EST
Training : 1 day training + 1 day tech setup (Training : 9 AM 5 : 30 PM CST mandatory)
Equipment (Candidate- Must Have) :
Windows 11 PC / laptop (8 GB RAM or more) or Mac with M1+ processor
No Chromebooks or iPads
Hardwired internet (min 100 Mbps upload speed)
Keyboard, mouse (self-provided), headset provided
Second monitor encouraged
Job Description
Job Duties :
Make 100 200 outbound calls / day (dialer system)
Screen customers for interest in insurance quotes
Transfer interested leads to licensed agents
Must meet 15% transfer rate
Requirements
1 2 years in call center / customer service
Strong communication and computer skills
Must not miss more than 12 hrs / month
