Job description

Pay Rate : $20.00 per hour

Work Hours : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (occasional overtime possible)

We are looking for warehouse operations associates for one of our pharmaceutical clients based in Indianapolis.

Responsibilities include :

Cycle Counting
Stickering and Labeling
Cooler Construction
Supply Preparation
Supply Management
Garbage – GMP Process for disposal
Staging for destruction of material
Supply receipt
Special Projects
Assist with conduct of Special Security Substances (SSS) Inventories

Requirements

Strong Organization and Multi-tasking ability

Experience with inventory management – preferably clinical trial, not mandatory

Good communication skills

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Strong attention to detail

Be willing to pick orders up to 25 feet on forklift and cherry picker (training will be provided)

Experience in a regulated industry - preferably pharmaceutical

Bend and lift 50 pounds

Stand for 8 hours daily

High School Diploma

Basic computer skills

Demonstrate high productivity with minimal supervision

Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems highly desirable

Ability to work up to 8 hours in 42 degrees

Candidates must pass our client's background and drug screen
