What You Can Expect
The Content Specialist is primarily responsible for our software workflow development within the product build and content management systems. In addition, they are responsible for collaboration with Solutions Specialists for identification and implementation of process improvements to drive organization and Customer improvement in success metrics.
How You'll Create Impact
- Builds & maintains customer content within the content management systems and customer facing application.
- Provide support for end-to-end users' setup & configuration of solutions
- Participates in release testing & issue reporting / resolution
- Analyze content mgmt. systems issues for all users and work with IT support and / or vendor to resolve system issues
- Participate in workflow improvements in collaboration with Connected Health product, development and Solutions Specialists and measure benefit

Bachelor's degree required in a clinically-based field, or a quantitative, business-oriented field.Current or previous work experience business process improvement (healthcare experience preferred) with 3-5 years of experience.Spanish language skills (preferred)Travel Expectations
