Overview

Tech Lead, Web Core Product & Chrome Extension – Woodbridge, USA. Speechify is building accessible reading tools to ensure reading is not a barrier to learning. Speechify's products include a web app, Chrome extension, iOS, Android, and Mac apps. The role focuses on leading web core product development and Chrome extension initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Actively ship production code to the web products
  • Work closely with your dedicated product team
  • Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap
  • Work on new and exciting features that will impact millions of users

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

  • Experience building and shipping products scaled to thousands or millions of users
  • Customer obsession and a desire to build high-quality products that meet customer needs
  • Ability to move quickly to generate ideas and decide what can ship now vs. what needs more time
  • Focus and ability to engage in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
  • Collaborative skills to inspire and negotiate with designers, marketers, and PMs
  • Tech Stack : Vanilla JS, ReactJS, Redux, Firebase, Typescript

    • Salary

    United States Based salary range for this role is 140,000-200,000 USD per year + bonus + stock depending on experience
