The PACU operates 24 / 7 with 38 patient bays and maintains an average daily census of 70-90 patients. This high-acuity recovery unit serves 80% of patients who require hospital admission after procedures. The facility provides comprehensive specialty support including respiratory services, interpretation services, and rapid response teams, with its own PCT / transport team for enhanced patient care coordination.
