Trinity Care Center is looking for a hardworking, energetic, loyal and creative person to fill our part-time Activity Aide position. The right person must be flexible and excited to take on a variety of tasks to create a fun environment for our wonderful residents.

The primary purpose of your job position is :

  • Assist the Activity Director in the planning, and implementation of resident activities and life enrichment.

Specific Requirements :

  • Be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language while conducting company business.
  • Be able to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Have a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Be able to solve diverse procedural problems and plans.
  • Be able to communicate, coordinate, and facilitate with other departments, families, and the general public.
  • Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, visitors and the general public.
  • Be able to request and / or accept direction / education as needed to develop new skills.
  • Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the care center.
  • Befriend residents to encourage their self-esteem by visiting and conversing with them on a regular basis.
