Job descriptionLovelace Medical Center is an acute care hospital, with 263 licensed beds, providing comprehensive care, including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, stroke care, radiology, and oncology services. Responsible for performing MRI cross-sectional imaging and other related procedures as directed by a licensed physician. Operates and monitors MRI equipment. May assist in other areas as requested. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. Associates Degree in Radiologic Sciences or equivalent Training in Radiology, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and / or Cross Sectional Anatomy ARRT, ARDMS or equivalent registered or eligible Full State of New Mexico licensure required within one year of hire. Must maintain licensure and national certification / registry Bachelor of Science Degree Formal MRI Education Three (3) years experience in a hospital environment
