Job Description

Key responsibilities :

• Lead full-cycle project management from preconstruction to final turnover on projects valued at $40 million and above.
• Oversee construction budgets, schedules, and subcontractor / vendor coordination.
• Act as the primary point of contact between ownership, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Utilize Procore to manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and daily reporting.
• Monitor job progress, proactively resolve issues, and maintain strict quality and safety standards.
• Lead regular OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings.
• Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure seamless field execution.
• Ensure all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
