Job Description
Key responsibilities :
- Lead full-cycle project management from preconstruction to final turnover on projects valued at $40 million and above.
- Oversee construction budgets, schedules, and subcontractor / vendor coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact between ownership, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Utilize Procore to manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and daily reporting.
- Monitor job progress, proactively resolve issues, and maintain strict quality and safety standards.
- Lead regular OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings.
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure seamless field execution.
- Ensure all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

The Successful Applicant
Required qualifications :
Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.Proven success managing large-scale ground-up commercial or multi-family projects ($40M+).Proficiency in Procore and general construction software platforms.Strong organizational, scheduling, and leadership skills.Ability to work in West Palm, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties as needed.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Preferred qualifications :
Bilingual in Russian or Turkish (a strong plus).Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.OSHA 30 certification.Candidates who are currently employed in a similar role are strongly preferred.Stable employment history with long-term tenures.What's on Offer
