About The Position

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) to join a dynamic outpatient care team. This floating role requires travel within Snohomish County (Marysville, Edmonds, Monroe, Clearview) to support multiple clinics as needed. Candidates must have strong communication skills, a team-first attitude, and flexibility to support varying clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities :

Room patients, collect vital signs (BP, temperature, etc.), hearing and vision screenings

Assist with procedures, immunizations, nebulizer treatments, and specimen collection

Perform basic lab testing including blood glucose via glucometer

Document medical history, allergies, and current medications

Administer TB tests, remove sutures, and complete follow-up calls

Handle pharmacy refill requests and triage incoming calls

Provide support with well-child checks is a plus

Job Requirements

Requirements :

Active WA State MA License – REQUIRED

BLS Certification – REQUIRED

Minimum 1 year of MA experience in an outpatient clinical setting

Must be comfortable floating daily between clinics within 30 minutes

EPIC charting experience – REQUIRED

Well-rounded clinical skills and familiarity with pediatrics, geriatrics, and adult care

Strong communication, adaptability, and time management
