• The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to;
• Coordinate and supervision – Coordinate, manage and monitor the performance of load crew and warehouse members.
• Inventory integrity and accurately.  Plan effective strategies to improve inventory, stock accuracy, and reduction of inventory adjustments.
• Check route trucks in and / or out for days route.
• Use WebTL system to build loads for route trucks.
• Customer Service- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Communication – Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency and communication between departments and corporate office.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate training for team members.
• Housekeeping – Monitor and ensure warehouse and work area is clean and operable.
• Recordkeeping – Ensure that pre-trip records and all other required documents are maintained and filed accurately.
• Must be able to travel to Kansas location for week long training at the beginning of employment.
