Advocate Health, the third-largest nonprofit integrated health system, is seeking a primary care physician who enjoys nursing home care, to grow our geriatric program as a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physician in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

• Incoming clinician will primarily be covering facilities in Fond du Lac
