Demonstrates leadership : adaptable to any situation, proficient and giving and receiving feedback. Preferred : bachelor's degree and certification in PMP, OPMP. Strong computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, a must. Intermediate to advanced dashboarding skills a plus. 5 years prior experience in leadership, entry level dashboarding or reporting experience needed. Prior project management experience preferred. The position will report to the Director of SMI and will lead cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, repeatable high-quality products or services on time, within budget, and with the utmost customer satisfaction.
